Midnights Era Outfits
Ahh, can you believe the Eras Tour is almost here?! This is a collection of Midnights era outfits ideas, with links to the music video and photos for additional inspiration. (Of course, Taylor Swift’s official store also has a lot of great merch there, so it’s a good place to start.) I plan to keep this post updated as new music and looks roll out, but I promise no spoilers on what she wears on tour. (Posts from other eras, like Speak Now, have photos of her tour outfits.)
Midnights Era Refresher: Midnights is Taylor’s 10th studio album and was released in 2022. To lead up to the album, she revealed track titles in a TikTok video series called “Midnights Mayhem with Me.” So far, Anti-Hero, Bejeweled, and Lavender Haze are the singles from the album.
The Midnights era features a vintage, 1970s aesthetic with rust, navy, green and tan colors. Sweaters with collars, vests, corduroy flares (or shorts, bc let’s be real - tour is happening in summer), and denim shorts — accessorized with gold hoops and cat eyes — will give you the look. I also have some DIY ideas below, if that’s more your thing.
Midnights Mayhem Outfits
Taylor’s Midnights Mayhem with Me looks are classy, casual, and easy to mimic. Honestly, I think we all need to use this as an excuse to buy the green sweater.
Note that gold hoops, cat eye, and a pretty lipstick are part of each look. Dupes are below, but I’d remiss not to mention that browsing Poshmark for old Madewell t-shirts (circa 2018) may also get you the look. And, of course, there’s actual vintage, too :-)
Lavender Haze Outfits
I should probably be putting all of this in chronological order, but Midnights is chaotic and so am I. If you don’t want to go for a 1970s vibe with your Midnights era outfit and/or if you want to maximize your comfy, your next best choice is to steal something from the Lavender Haze music video.
So many options here: the oversized t-shirt for a simple but on-point look. The fur jacket if you want to be both comfortable and loud. The sweater vest + corduroy if you want to wear it again.

2023 Grammy Outfit
If you don’t want to go for stripes and cords, then you could also lean into Taylor’s grammy look, where she wore a beautiful navy blue beaded two-piece top/skirt.
I love the idea of this blue glitter top or wearing the gold dress with a navy unitard below.

Anti-Hero Outfits
Anti-hero kicked off the album release and the video is very on-brand with Midnights Mayhem with Me.

Bejeweled Outfits
Bejeweled is a whole vibe.
Bejeweled is GLAM, and while there’s the corset top that everyone is linking to… I realize most of us probably don’t want to wear a strapless corset. I think instead you could bejewel your own black tank, t-shirt, or hoodie. Alternatively, you could recreate the yellow dress and pearls she wears at the end with a yellow top.
VMA 2022 Star Romper
To meet with the press after the 2022 VMAs, Taylor wore a blue romper decked out with silver stars. It’s a cute DIY option for your Eras Tour look.
A navy blue tank or romper plus silver iron on star decals are all you need to get the look.
